If you feel that you would be eligible to get financial assistance to pursue any of the programs offered by HelpHandicap Foundation, download the application form from the link given below and take a print out:

Program Exceptions

All programs of HHF are subject to the following exceptions.

You are requested to provide all pertinent information that will aid in completion and review of your request. You will be contacted by a representative of HelpHandicap Foundation. Receipt of application form or correspondence for financial assistance does not automatically guarantee grant of financial assistance. No correspondence will be entertained from those applicants who have applied and have not been contacted by HelpHandicap Foundation. HelpHandicap Foundation will only accept application for financial assistance for the programs listed, all other applications will be rejected.
